When I finally spoke with my representative for that department, I was told that I would only be allowed to keep my rental for three more days when it was on a Friday, and still unable to get anything. ![]() Then it took three more days for the claim to be processed by the total loss division, and given an offer for it. I noticed this and when emailed the adjusters findings which clearly state non drivable/ total loss I had to call the insurance company back and go through several representatives to finally get this problem fixed. Then when they did call me back after the adjust had looked at the vehicle they stated the vehicle was fixable and waited me the same price from another claim I had with them back on Novemwhen a deer struck my van. It took them a week to start my rental through them and then only allow the rental for 20 days even though my policy states 30. ![]() After the claim was initiated it took this company 3 weeks to get an adjuster out to look at my vehicle. On February 8 of this year I was in a motor vehicle accident in ****** ******* on my lunch break. They change things in your policy without giving any notices. I have had insurance through this company for over a year now and have had nothing but trouble the entire time! I pay almost $1600 a year of my insurance with them. And supposedly, there is nothing they can do. This is going to have very very devestating consequences on my life financially to the point I may lose my home and job. Safeauto never notified me that the transaction was declined either of the times they tried or that my policy was retroactively cancelled on the 23rd of June. I called the insurance adjuster again 7/7 and he finally answered and told me my claim would probaly be denied and since I didn't trust that I would receive a call back from safeauto from someone higher up after about 18 hours had elapsed I decided to call again, this time I was told they tried to charge my card on the 23rd and called me and told me the transaction was declined, that's not true, they didn't call me and they didn't try to charge me because it would have come out because at that time I had sufficient funds. I asked to speak to someone higher up, they said I'd receive a call in *********************************************************** a car accident on June 25th and reported a claim which at the time was accepted and covered, claims told me to call my insurance adjuster, which I had done several times on the 5th and 6th of July, I never received a call back. ![]() When I contacted safeauto they said they tried to charge me on July 3rd it was declined. ![]() On June 23rd I tried to make a payment to Safeauto to reinstate my policy, I used my routing and account numbers, they said it was approved, all was good in the world, then 10 days later I received a text from the company that monitors insurance for the car dealership where I got my car saying my insurance had been cancelled.
